BKK's Spear-21 UVC Chartreuse treble hook was designed for low-light conditions when fishing in deep or dark water, for example. The colorful hook ensures that the predators can see the lure in the water, and it also provides an effective target. BKK's Chartreuse Ultra Violet (UV) paint provides excellent contract, visibility, and glow as it reacts to UV light in the water. UV light can penetrate water much deeper than visible light. The rounded bend of the hook and the relatively thin wire gauge (1X) ensure quick and deep hooking with very little pressure. BKK's sturdy but flexible carbon steel material (BKK-81WV) allows the hook to retain its sharpness even after multiple bites.
